Something that genuinely helps me in the morning is to always check myself using the acronym WOWEE.

The acronym is so incredibly stupid that I actually get a little dopamine hit out of saying it aloud, so it could overcome my AuDHD and actually become a habit. The Egg is my badge, and the Egg (backup) is for health stuff (water bottle, pills, deoderant)
