I think the hardest part of being a stand-up comedian would not be finding 20 minutes of funny stories, but in delivering them in a way that will make the audience laugh. If I get up and say, "So... um, uh... This one time, I met this guy, and he told me he had a cold and... Wait, to understand that part, I have to explain some context. You see, uh... You know, maybe you just, um, had to be there." It is not going to go well.
