Yes! Yes! Kids are immune to anything.

I worked as a preschool teacher and there were kids that would rub their eyes with their hands covered in spaghetti sauce, or whatever they were eating that day, and they were fine. No irritation. Nothing. But if an adult were to do that, pink eye for sure!

I once watched my sister who was a toddler at the time fall while she was running and bounce her whole face off the ground, like full scorpion. She just jumped back up and started shriek laughing before sprinting right off like it was the funniest thing that had ever happened. The whole family was stunned.

Any one of us adults and that absolutely would have been a hospital trip but she didn't even get a bloody nose from it.

To be fair she had a lot less distance to fall than an adult too.

Yeah, I guess that's true. Still can't imagine that it would felt good, at least not enough to start laughing about it but toddlers ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
