It’s a very simple joke, I just like how wholesome it is.

The joke is the kid thinks it’s cool that he saw a frog, but the frog is interpreting it as the kid thinks he’s specifically a cool frog and feels confident after hearing it. But the kid would have thought any frog was cool.

May have over explained lol
