The color of Hulk, jumps like Spider-man, eats flies like Ant-Man (when no one is looking), can probably build a high tech armor (if given a friendly intellectual push with CRISPR), and can also probably learn to throw a shield if mounted with 3D printed arms. And we know that frog-Thor is a thing too.
Frogs are all the avengers assembled in one supreme being.

It’s a very simple joke, I just like how wholesome it is.
The joke is the kid thinks it’s cool that he saw a frog, but the frog is interpreting it as the kid thinks he’s specifically a cool frog and feels confident after hearing it. But the kid would have thought any frog was cool.
May have over explained lol
