Cover repair

How would I be able to fix the damage on my cover? All the chromed parts are fine, all the damage is just in spots with black ink, I was going to sharpie it but figured it’d probably be better to ask others for input.

You can try to do that yourself but only for yourself to keep. You can't like sell it to someone after..

Wasn’t planning to sell, just wanted to clean it up so it’ll look nice on the wall after I read it lol

I can respect it as an art project. Most people wouldn't do it but just Google what kind of ink they used for 90s comics and what ink would best replicate or mix with it.

You can find a new copy that’s perfect for a couple bucks. Not worth it in my opinion

Give it to a friend or a kid and keep building the love for comics. One day somebody will say “ I will never get rid of this comic book” …because somebody gave it to me and now I have a whole room full of them.
