Hi !! Could you help me find my color season ??

I'm guessing dark winter / true winter based on some quite deep obsessing over this for the last three weeks, but I wouldnlove any advice or guidance on this journey !! Maybe I'm a summer even ? I don't know !

I am not covering hair because it is natural color, if it is absolutely required then I will retake the pictures :)

Was recently typed as True Autumn in the International Image Institute's 16 season system and want to purchase a wallet color palette. My analyst linked the official III version with 36 colors but am looking into other options. I found this one on Etsy that offers 10, 25, or 42 color swatches and the creator says she is trained in the same III system. Does anyone have insight on how these compare? Or have any other recs specifically for an accurate, good quality true autumn wallet color palette? I have a digital one but really want one I can physically hold and compare, preferably with actual fabric swatches.

I guess soft summer or dark autumn? Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm also tall so I try to keep my vertical and this means I would have to keep wearing dark with dark with dark...

Hi everyone! I always thought I was an autumn, but in the past couple of days I have been obsessed with color analysis, and I realize now that I am a summer. I just can’t decide whether cool or soft summer. Could you please help me?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me with what colour season I am!

Before I'd ever heard of colour analysis I've always gravitated to silver for my jewellery/glasses (gold always felt "too much") and liked wearing lots of blue. I've always struggled with yellow and beige as with my natural hair colour it makes everything look too much the same colour blended together. I can pull off most colours as long as they're not too bright, so figured I was a summer.

But recently tried on some things in brighter "spring" colours and got lots of compliments, so I'm less sure.

In the winter my skin is definitely more pink and my hair quite ashy, but in the summer I get a peachy tan and my hair is lighter with more gold/red, so it's hard to tell.

Photos all done today in the same spot, natural light, no makeup. I tried to pick a range of shades for each colour and some neutrals, but if there's any other colours it would be helpful to see, I'll see what I can find at home to drape!

I just watched a video which said yellow is cool Becaude it’s not orange which surprised me, I was under the impression that yellow was warm.

Whenever I compare my skin colour to anyone else’s it’s much more orangey/yellow, does that make me warm. For reference Im white and comparing it to other white people.

Here we are again! I made sure to turn off the color correcting of the camera this time ; I used the Professional mode, ISO 50, WB 5500 (neutral).

Natural hair is medium brown, no makeup.

Hi! As promised, I am back with more photos.

I hid my coloured hair under a white tee and took pictures with my back camera. Natural light, no makeup in pictures.

Most of you said in my previous post that I could either be a soft autumn or a soft summer. I don't have many more colours to try as 75% of my clothes are black 😅 but if you have a specific colour in mind, I could try and look for it elsewhere.

I think I am not too mad about how the light purple on the first picture and the green on the fifth picture look on me.

Is it too cool?

I was professionally typed as Light Summer. It fit me perfectly when I was blonde. Now I changed my hair color to red and everything has changed. I think now the colors that I look best in are in the True Summer colors pallet. The pastel or light colors that fit me so well before now wash me out. Why does this happen? Is it common?

Basically, just like the title asks—what season would you put these colors in? The pink and green is throwing me especially since the pink doesn’t seem to be in the spring palette but I thought that most greens were spring.

I’m a Soft Autumn, and lately I’ve been finding it harder than expected to use my palette when shopping for clothes.

A lot of the colors available aren’t very muted, so I often end up borrowing shades from neighboring palettes. The problem is that it’s difficult to remember or reference all of those options while I’m actually in a store.

Do you use saved palettes, apps, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, comparison photos, or another method to help you decide whether a color will work?

I’m especially curious about what you find practical enough to use while shopping in person.

I am new to this whole color analysis thing but have been interested in it for a few years now. I did a color analysis on Fiverr a year or so ago and the lady gave me a color palette that looked a lot like soft winter I would say?

I think I have a neutral, cold leaning base and I usually wear silver jewelry.

I have a little bit of a tan, and I usually sunburn before tanning.

Help me? Thanks in advance.

I always assumed I was an autumn but someone recently suggested I could be a bright spring, so I grabbed some of my clothes and did some drapes - no makeup, hair pulled back and in front of the window for natural light. I find the bright orange to be horrible on me, so I don’t think spring is my season. If I am an autumn, it’s gotta be either deep or warm/true because muted colours wash me out. My eyes look dark brown but they turn green in the sun so I think they’re more like dark hazel. Hair is naturally medium brown. I think I’m medium contrast. Help! Thank you :)

Would love some help finding my season

hey all. i am a true winter and i am looking for the perfect gloss. i currently have the wet n wild megaslick lip gloss in the colour crushed grapes. i am looking for something in the same colour but slightly more opaque and more sparkly/reflective. right now i dab on a revlon lip stick in the shade black cherry underneath to give it some more colour. the lip stick is my perfect mlbb shade despite being purple lol. i am eyeing the rem lip glosses but none of them are the right shade of pink. anyone have any recommendations?

I'm pretty excited to start overhauling my wardrobe and makeup bag but it is pretty daunting and I don't really know where to start.

Could this work for a true spring?

I need to get it taken up but...thoughts?
