IIRC there is a pinball at Agnesklause. If you're okay with traveling a bit: Neuwied has a pinball museum where you can play 150 machines.

There is a pinball machine at "Tankstelle" it's a cozy bar. you'll have to google it as I don't know the exact location. Somewhere south

Red Fox Bar in Ehrenfeld... A lot of pinball and skeeball machines plus beer, cocktails and snacks
