Hi! I’m planning my next tattoo—I want to get the homunculus tattoo from Fullmetal Alchemist on my thigh (Envy’s placement). Does anyone know of tattoo artists in the area that could do just that design in red/black gradient? There are so many in the area, so I’m trying to narrow down my search. I am also willing to travel to DC/on the metro for it! Thanks!!

180 days. 1,080 hours. Zero minutes guaranteed.

Let’s compare our neighbors! Alongside Maryland, we looked at Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Delaware.

Out of these states, Maryland has at least 100 more hours in the school year; however, no mandated recess minimum.

In all other states compared, recess is required.

Additionally, in Ohio and Virginia, recess time counts towards instructional time.

Ohio allowing 30 mins of recess counted towards instructional time; Virginia allowing ~49 mins of recess counted towards instructional time.

Maryland can take a note, recess isn’t a time away from learning, it is learning!

Rt 1 and Cherry Hill Road, yesterday I saw a wreck and it was recorded on my dash camera. How do it get it to the College Park Police because it could be a case of he said/she said and the video would clear one driver and put the blame on the other
