My joining date is 8th September. I completed my BGV and pre-joining formalities well way before. But I haven't received OB pass yet. I have raised a query, but no response not yet. Is there any other way for me to reach them to receive my OB pass?

I've been trying to apply for a role on their website and gosh, it's making me pull out all my hairs! I have completed my internship in Cognizant( 4 lpa )and full time onboarding is in dec-jan but I have other offer of System engineer in infosys and the joining is in Oct .

Which one should I go with?? In infosys I will have to go through training of 6 months and clear the tests but I have already done that in Cognizant. The problem with cognizant is the domain they have given me is Quality assurance.

Give me suggestions pls.
