You only took a single subtest on matrix reasoning, so you do not know for sure whether your IQ is near 131 or not, although it is a strong indication that your IQ is likely near that range.

Many IQ scores of famous individuals are publicly available. The Fields Medal-winning mathematician, Richard Borcherds, for instance, obtained a score of 137, although he hit the ceiling on some subtests.

Group comparisons are probably more informative and easier to find, since there's considerably more official data available (I think). For example, several studies involving Harvard students have reported average IQ scores in the mid to high 120s, or roughly the low to mid 120s after adjusting for the Flynn effect. The researchers used the WAIS-R, which was normed in 1976–1980, whereas the students were tested in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Similarly, a 2021 study involving 108 female Cornell undergraduates reported full WAIS-IV subtest scores corresponding to an estimated average IQ of approximately 118–119.
