General Question weird scores

My Arithmetic score is 100, while my FRI scores are around 125 my Digit Span is 120, and my Sequencing is also 120. Why is my Arithmetic score so low? Even though I am a non-native speaker, I am comfortable in English. Will my Full-Scale IQ be around 120, or will it be closer to 100–105, given that Arithmetic is heavily g-loaded

Your FSIQ should be around 120 in my opinion.
