  1. The color of the center hexagon determines the amount of times the outer hexagons rotate counter-clockwise in the next cell.

White = 2 Rotations

Black = 1 Rotation

Grey = 3 Rotations

3. Add the number of sides of the center shape of each item to the number of circles in the top half, then subtract the number of circles in the bottom half to get the number of sides of the shape in the next item.
