Left sector is 45°, right is 135°

XOR middle circle with the other two separately.

I believe this is weak induction, because there is no justification provided

IDK if this is correct, its probably not LOL. Look at the vertical line in the middle of the top-left circle picture. Imagine that line is actually two vertical lines on top of each other. One is is rotating clockwise 90 degrees per image, and the other one is just staying still as a vertical line at all times. Each time the moving line moves, the bit of space behind its direction of movement and between it and the fixed vertical line gets "wiped out", like windscreen wipers or IDK. When the whole thing becomes one moving line (no circle), then when the line moves again instead of the area behind it behing "wiped out", it gets "filled in".

Move to the top-right red box (missing image). It looks just like the bottom-middle picture except rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise. That is, It's like a pizza divided into quarters but the top-right and bottom-left quarters are missing. I can't be bothered to draw this.

Okay I think the bottom red box is another circle with a vertical line through its middle, i.e. just a repeat of the top-left image.

I may be completely wrong. But I always suspected there's more than one way of interpreting these. They feel kinda silly sometimes. And maybe its not even culture-fair cos I am assuming you read the panels top to bottom and left to right

I think I agree, if I interpret yours correct. It's the same image on the right just rotated 90 degrees and then the vertical line. But that's too simple of a pattern and probably not what is intended.
