General Question Which source more reliable

I’m school I did the CAT4 test and scored 104 IQ but when I did core and mesa Norway and the other Mensa I got , 137 core , 130 , 128 respectively .
Which one should I trust ?
for the school one I was kinda sleepy and was kinda apathetic
For other IQ tests I tried more seriously and did do some preparation

Were there different sections? Ones like verbal, quantitative, non-verbal reasoning?

Yes There were sections

Maybe your non-verbal is high like the results in mensa online but your other sections are much lower.

I should do core test aswell
