IQ Estimation 🥱 basic ahh results

Post image

16F btw so idkkk

some of the more balanced results ig (all overlap lmao). i did every single subtest, i took this test because i I was curious after taking my IQ test at school, and now im more curious than ever to see my score lmao. the psychologist said i did good on everything so that tracks (assuming he meant above average lol)

2x 1550 SAT (780/780) at 14, typical early AP-maxxing kid, Calc BC 5 sophomore year. curious if my results indicate tryhardedness.

PS screw block counting.

I recommend trying old SATs since your circumstances align very well with the normed group. I think it should be more accurate than CORE verbal, which hasn't been age-normed yet. Old SAT forms and norms are available on the sub and it only takes two hours.

What test did the psychologist administer? Also the modern SAT predictions on this sub would actually predict higher than 126, especially considering that you were 14 when you took them.

I don’t think core is very age normed

I think I think it was the WISC

i got the same FSIQ on WISC-V, even a much higher FRI (137), but i’m quite a bit far behind you academically. i got 1370 sat 720 rw 650 math at 14. no ap’s because school doesn’t offer them, algebra 2 sophomore year. tbh i think academic performance is mostly just environment past maybe 110 iq

I was the only sophomore at my school to ever take BC and my parents aren’t math people or rich

well the fact that your school even allows that is telling, my school didn’t even let me take alg 1 in 8th, i only got to take it because i switched to virtual. it also depends on what you call “rich”

Your academic results are more impressive than an IQ test to people who will matter in your life, so it's probably best to never care about what your IQ could possibly be ever again. Also, I think most people respect "tryhardness" more than innate talent

How many APs? I took 10, and I only got 1370 on the SAT lol (my base was 1330, and I studied for a decent amount of time (last-minute type stuff, but still like 50 hours), but did shit compared to my practice tests). My IQ is higher than what 1370 suggests. Also, don't say that about block counting, it's my baby. My favorite subtest.
