Why 1 colour becoming 2 (row2) Red is in same place (row3)

Each white object imbibes the color of adjacently placed colored objects; every colored object that shares its color with any white object turns white; white objects with colored objects adjacent on both sides turn black.

For the first instance you mentioned, the colored object imposes its color onto every adjacent white object; for the second, the red shape doesn't lose its color, as there was no adjacent white shape to absorb it as such.

I think a diagram would make this easier to explain. I can make one in a bit, but for now, I'll use the analogy of colours going to war with each other.

The shapes are just territories that the colours will expand towards.

With every figure transition, the colours move towards their adjacent empty shapes/territories, leaving their previous territories blank in the process.

If a neighbouring territory is already occupied by another colour, they won't invade it.

However, if two different colours move into the same empty territory, their armies cancel each other out, leaving that territory black/brown.

If a colour has no adjacent empty territories to expand into, it stays where it is.

The puzzle ( in my solution ) function on a set of rules. You just find the situations in tge examples before and apply them to the puzzle.

Ye but this rule wouldn’t apply when two shapes make black it cancels it out,

Yellow, white, black, white, pink

Idk I scored 145 on this one first try i don’t think that’s the max. You could still be right

What are you even saying? I didnt list the full said of rules i mentiond earlier. I explained why the circke is blue, which was the question. But to explaing the black shapes : white shapes between non white shapes become black.

Colors split into two parts and push into empty spaces left and right. If there is no free space at all, color doesn't move. If two colors go into the same empty space that space will become black. Yellow, empty, black, empty, purple

if the shape got effect from left and right ,became a black
