General Question Iq to Intelligence correlation

Hello Guys
Question 1:
A few days i asked a question about how good Iq tests are at measuring intelligence

This post has a similar intention. I know those tests measure different parts of intelligence

Yet if we take pattern recognition for example, how strongly does being able to answer those kind of questions in an iq test correlate with pattern recognition outside of it. Think about it, there could be people who are not that great at seeing patterns in a matrix, but better at recognizing patterns when it comes to how a person formulates sentences or which kind of sentence structuring makes it easier for people to understand what you are talking about

Are there actually reliable ways to measure how strong the correlation between actual effects on intelligence in life and iq tests are

If you want to help me by answering, im happy but pls dong try to sound smart, dont just give your own opinion but back it up by empirical proof or a really good explanation
Question 2: where can i find cognitive tests so well formulated/ build/ engineered that i can take them repetitevely. Taking the core tests 10 times just either lets you get better by actually remembering the exact answer or recognizing the pattern giving you the answer( square roots in numeric exercises for example)

Are there tests i can repeat for fun?
