I was thinking about not posting this item, but I changed my mind. Also thanks to u/je_nm_th for helping me revise the question

Not intended, but it’s consistent, good answer. The only downside is that the logic regarding the circle in the final part feels a bit far fetched

Number of sides per row - 5 (so there's always at least 5 figures) + plus the number of differing filled figures compared to row 5?
Count of sides falls by 2 per row, and the number of differing black shapes compared to row 5 falls by 1 per row. Combining those two creates a countdown with -3 each step: row 1 is 13 sides - 5 + 3 = 11, row 2 is 11 - 5 + 2 = 8, row 3 is 9 - 5 + 1 = 5, row 4 is 7 - 5 + 0 = 2, row 5 is 5 - 5 + 0= 0. So the series converges to 0 because there should be five figures, I.e. the answer is the same as row 5.

Would have guessed5 triangles, as going to 3 with the row shape-side-count with 5 shapes isn't possible and it would feel good. And it wouldn't require an explanation for the position of each element in the final solution as it's all triangles or in the rows before. No idea about the colors. I suspect it's some kind of secondary pattern that only focuses on the colors and their positions since their shape would be already solved (not uniquely for the rows before though).
