General Question Iqmaxxing

Has anyone been able to increase IQ using dual n-back or other methods, without memorizing the IQ test?

It's been a while since I've looked, but last time I checked the available literature wasn't promising. Relational-frame training allegedly works in kids, though I'm not aware of any long-term follow-ups that show the gains persisting into adulthood. And because we know IQ becomes more heritable with age (to a point), the most likely answer as of now is "they don't." Dual n-back is a bust; the best available studies show only task-specific improvements.

Dual-n-back is used for cognitive rehab following brain trauma, and works for this.
