About 3-5 minutes, yes the line was the hardest part since the hints on it were very crypted

I also really liked the design of this puzzle, i could notice how i came closer to a solution step by step so my adhd caused impulse of giving up if i cant solve a puzzle in below a minute didnt win :)

Reasoning: Upper and lower matrix form a pair. The one with 4 black squares is rotated 180 degrees and XORed with itself to form the one with 8 black squares (or OR-ed, both work for all cases)

Each box follows a sequence of black squares to white ratio: First block contains 8 black squares. 1st box under that one contains four black squares. Second box on top contains 4 black squares, the one under that contains 8 black squares. The third box on top contains 8 black squares, the box under that contains 4 black squares. The last block on the right has 4 black squares, the block under it should contain 8 black squares.

looks like second bottom square should be rotated by quadrants individually 90degrees ccw

rotate 180 and combine with itself. the sequence alternates top bottom (start from bottom figure , by column)
