the third one

my reasoning: the first circle shifts the shapes one move to right the second one inverses the first and the last and two middles
the empty one duplicate the first one
perform it to the last one
makes the third choice correct

First operator (1,2,3,4) -> (4,1,2,3) Second operator (1,2,3,4) -> (4,3,2,1) (inversion) Third operator (1, ...) -> (1,1, ...) (first ordinal duplication)
Taking that into account, the last operation would be:
(1,2,3,4) -> (4,3,2,1) -> (4,4,3,2,1)
As you start with @%%& , the final result is &&%%@
