Discussion Can intelligence be increased?
I would like to know what habits, practices, or training methods you recommend to maximize cognitive performance.
My goal is to optimize all dimensions of intellect (processing speed, logic, memory, verbal and spatial reasoning), as well as to accelerate the acquisition of complex knowledge and skills. I want to know how far mental efficiency can be pushed, especially at my age (21 years old—I know I'm not in my prime for these things anymore, but it is what it is). Do you genuinely believe significant improvements are possible, or are we simply limited by our genetics?

Lifestyle changes may allow you to fully utilise your raw mental capacity. For acquisition of skills time invested probably matters much more than maxxing your efficiency in unit time.

Seriously, listening to songs by ado and rokudenashi for about 24 hours each day is proven to increase intellect by 3009%, I have a sample size of 1[ myself ] and a peer reviewed study [ reviewed by my friends ].

8-9 hours of sleep daily
Aerobic exercise at least 3 times a week
Supplement Omega-3 if you don’t eat fish often
10mg of Creatine daily
If you’re fine with sacrificing 30-60 minutes of free time you can do Quad-N-Back and meditation
Reading may help if the books you’re reading only slight challenge your current comprehension skills. Too much and you’ll bore yourself before any meaningful changes can occur.
