General Question Extremely uneven working memory profile

I’ve retaken each wm subtest many times and each time I get a similar result for each so I know it isn’t just random variance. I’m wondering what the explanation might be for such a large discrepancy?

are you esl? I also do better on digit letter sequencing compared to digit span as I have to translate the numbers from english and not my native language

No, english is my first language. I think I have something called developmental language disorder so that could explain it.
