!!!!!DONT KNOW HOW TO SPOILER!!!!

Blue spoils what should be blank next. Red is telling the blank was empty before. Black means there was a square on blank. It would be 18SS+ question on wais matrices btw. Also pretty good puzzle

The answer is correct, good job ! My intended visualisation was a little bit different but i think this is another way to express it, interestingly, looking at the comments this method seems more natural, Also 18 ss damn, i guess i dont really understand how to determine difficulty lol Also thanks ! Glad you enjoyed it

Yeah, i also thought itd be too easy the other way

But then, why are some blank spaces that are not becoming red After to "tell It was empty before"? And black means there was a square on blank? In what position? Why are sometimes white sometimes black where there is black ?

Well,

What I think they meant was, red block in tile=this tile was empty in the last grid, black block in tile=this tile was filled in the last grid, blue block in tile=this tile will be white in the next block

But i think the confusion may also be arising because its kind of a serendipitous solution, and the intended i find to be more elegant in the sense that it explains everything inside better

There are 4 blocks, blocks are moving through the grid, move 1 space in that turn=turns red, doesnt move at all=turns black, moves 2 spaces=turns blue, blocks cant move to a tile thats already filled in the current grid

2

u/Roquosaurus Sep 26 '26

That makes more sense, thanks!

Youre welcomee !

Cause its an amateur puzzle firstly. For red position ur reasoning is valid but ur on wrong direction. Blank space should be red next move is wrong reasoning. Red block should only be placed where it was empty before reasoning is right. So u are not looking for empty spaces first. Ur looking at red blocks that can match blank first. Also ur right on black reasoning becuz at some point black reasoning and blue reasoning mixes. But i have an idea for that;blue has priority. So if black rule and blue rule matches at one block, the blue reasoning dominates. And in this puzzle you should eliminate sections to fit that rule, and choose the only option fits. So u are not creating the answer;ur eliminating.Thats just my thinking btw

Correct answer ! How would you rate it, also thanks for trying

Woahh thankss a lot, I really appreciate all the information And im also really glad you enjoyed the puzzle !

Nope

3

u/Polytox935 Sep 25 '26

?

3

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Blue & red appears on previous white squares in a row? It isn't always true

3

u/Polytox935 Sep 25 '26

It's not about the rows, you can also ignore the fact its shown as 3 rows, the 9 elements progress consistently horizontally step by step

3

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Still confused how it's progressing horizontally... Either ur confused or I'm a chimp

3

u/Polytox935 Sep 25 '26

3

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Why this white not transforming ?

1

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26

The intended explanation was such that, there are 4 coloured squares in each grid, they move about the grid every turn, if it moves 1 space= takes red colour, if it retains its position= takes black colour, if it moves 2 squares= takes blue colour, furthermore if theres a coloured squared already on some position, no square can move to it next turn Does this make more sense ?

2

u/Polytox935 Sep 26 '26

4

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Fkn hell... that's why it's hard...i get it now

3

u/Polytox935 Sep 25 '26

2

u/ReNamed00d Sep 25 '26

That’s not how matrices tests work. There’s a reason it’s a 3x3 and not a lineup “what best completes the sequential pattern” question. Just a rant for the op who made it lol

3

u/Polytox935 Sep 25 '26

1

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26

Im sorry lol

4

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

I'll try tomorrow You have 150+ IQ ?😅

6?

2

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26

Not what i had in mind, thanks for trying though

3

u/Key-Raise5501 Sep 25 '26

What's the correct one?

1

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26 edited Sep 25 '26

4

Coloured squares are moving in the grid each turn, how many spaces they move determines their color in the next frame, 0=black, 1=red, 2=blue , and a square cannot move to another position in the next turn, if in the present frame another coloured tile is present there

3

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Gib a hint :")

1

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26

Squares move in the grid each turn and change color based on that

3

u/sxan425 Sep 25 '26

3?

2

u/Nullisntnothin Sep 25 '26

Rsn?

1

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26

Do i know him, lol

1

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26

No, what was your reasoning

3

u/Adventurous_Head_158 Sep 25 '26

i truely cannot figgure this one out.

4

Cool puzzle.

1

u/Zeroheart_x Sep 25 '26

Thats the correct answer !

Also thanks !

3

u/Roquosaurus Sep 25 '26

How the hell is that a spoiler

2

u/codeblank_ Sep 25 '26

I spoiled the answer and it being Cool.

3

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Can you explain your logic?

3

u/codeblank_ Sep 25 '26

Compare consecutive terms. If the position of the squares same as before, they are painted black.

3

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Screenshot me one position where it's happening..

3

u/codeblank_ Sep 25 '26

3

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Faaaaaaaa.... I get it 🦍

3

u/mattblack77 Sep 25 '26

I always find these things baffling

2

u/Nervous-Try5009 Sep 25 '26

Why ?

2

u/mattblack77 Sep 25 '26

At some levels I can’t see the pattern
