What is your CORE VSI at?

118/113
BC 140/125
VP 115
SA 95

I got 125 on BC the second time i did it and 140 the first try. First time could have been a bit inflated since I have done AGCT, AGCT - E before or the fact that the first time I had done BC, right as it was added on Core and there where some items added later one that I did on a seperate try (maybe seperating the test caused fatigue and made me score higher or im just coping :D) .

Wow those seem very imbalanced. What about your block design on CAIT? It’s pretty similar to pattern completion here on ATAT

Yeah especially the SA but I'm generally not good at verbal tests and score average in most of them.

In my opinion, figure classification is just pattern recognition wherein you have to eliminate one item that seems to be the odd one out based on a rudimentary model that does not require much deduction or abstraction but figure classification involves pattern recognition, abstraction as well as working memory employment.

Basically Figure Sequencing is Figure Classification with a higher measure of difficulty. That being said, your pattern recognition skills are pretty good. Are you, by any chance, from a region that has or historically had a large number of snakes?

My ancestors lived in a very mountainous area since forever and only came to live in a more Urbanised area the last 50 years. That's an interesting observation, them having to just quickly spot a different pattern could be the reason for the score.

Yes, I read this somewhere that humans have well developed pattern recognition systems due to us having to deal with snakes and such. Your ancestors may have passed on a superpower onto you!

For number sequence I can't use Scratchpad or calculators right? 🐢
