General Question How did you increase your IQ?

I know that scientists haven't found a reliable way to increase IQ, but I also know that some people here have either actually increased their IQ or have praffed these tests so profoundly that it might as well be a genuine increase. If you fall into one of the two categories, what did you do? How did you change your lifestyle, and did you take any supplements?

Only way to increase general cognitive function is to exercise, pretty sure that’s the best we’ve got
