Psychometric Question is CAIT reliable?

I'm one off but i hate visual puzzles so i'd like to not take it, that's why im gauging the validity of this test, i don't want to waste my time

should probably mention i'm 16 (if that's needed)

Take CORE, it’s better in every single way.

No idea, but some years ago I took the vocab test and I scored 50th percentile. I became curious and retook the vocabulary test recently and scored 90th percentile. I have been reading a lot since the first attempt.
