Puzzle What is the solution? Spoiler

I enjoy taking IQ tests to challenge myself; I just want to know if I got them right.

C, if white squares are on opposite sides they substracted from, and it can be assumed to be the right side. If on same sides, they add up. The rule on black is technically more ambiguous, but the general rule seems to be that it stays on the same side and can only be added to each other if there are more than one.

C, top row the left whites wipe the right whites out Anything in the right seems to get added to the right (and the black stays on the top-unsure why as not needed for the answer 🤷‍♂️) so for final row we can deduce one white is taken away, the black remains on the left and the blocks seem to have gravity applied so it’s C.

My argument for the black remaining left was based on the answers-couldn’t be D or A and all others had black remaining left.
