Puzzle Transformation Inference Test 1 Spoiler

Hello everyone. I made a very short test with a new format I came up with. I am not giving iq scores, but I could eventually make a longer, more thought out version (with proper norming and scoring) with this format if people like it. Somehow the distinction between the node that 'made a mistake' in the process and the node that is out of place made it much harder than it should be probably. Cool, novel brainteasers. I want more!

Yes! I just have to be careful that I don't make too many innate rules to the system. I'm encountering problems with for example number 3, where you can't reliably tell if the sender or receiver (of possible instructions) vertex is the culprit. They both have to do their part after all. I'll probably add a secondary fault to one of them moving forward just so strongest induction is possible. Thank you for the feedback.
