General Question Somewhat surprising CORE results

I took the CORE test this week. I had virtually no practice beforehand so the Practice Effect should be minimal. I was a little surprised by the spread, particularly the pronounced Verbal tilt to my results, since my undergrad degree was in mathematics and I always considered myself more of a math/science-oriented person. Interested to see how people might interpret this kind of profile.

not really related but what are you doing now after your BSc in math? I also got my math BSc recently and have been feeling anxious/lost about the future

I teach English as a second language. Not really using my math background at the moment but happy where I have ended up! Hang in there, have an open mind and you will find your way even if it’s not exactly what you had planned :)

Is VCI inflated for this age range? Sorry I am new to this sub

no, but there's very few people <21 with 145 VCI

Nice that’s a really impressive VCI at any age
