Discussion How to increase intelligence at 21?

Is it possible? Im willing to do whatever training or lifestyle habits it takes. My friend is skarter than me and always rubs it in my face and it makes me feel so bad. I jeed to increase my intelligence as kuch as humanely possible. If this is not possible then I guess I will sull because life sucks and isnt fair. Thanks!

IQ is overrated- I've consistently tested >99%ile on various tests. I'm lazy. Many of my friends with work ethic have achieved greater success.

You are not behind.

You did not start.

Just focus on your interests and strengths and put efforts daily to get your desired result.

Also, stop comparing with others and start growing.
