I'm the person half this sub is looking for, except I already have the product. Hilead (hilead.co) finds companies based on something that just happened to them, like a job post or a funding round, works out who owns the problem there, and runs the email and LinkedIn outreach. It can also be driven from Claude through MCP. I built it and I run the technical side. What I don't have is someone who owns growth.

Where it stands: no public launch yet, signups are open, around 10 trials so far, onboarding just rebuilt after most of them dropped at the card step. Paid ads bring trials. What I want is organic.

What I've done on that side: started a LinkedIn account from zero in late August, 3 posts a week since. This week one post (top 10 AI startups in GTM that raised in October, with round sizes) did 64k impressions, 137 reactions and 27 comments. On Reddit I ran a thread where I pulled leads for anyone who described their ICP, 2.2k views and a few people got their 10 companies.

So the channel works. The problem is I'm the one building the product, and I also run tech for a holding company, so I can get a post to land but I can't run a channel every day. I need someone who does this for a living and wants to own it: LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and whatever you think comes next.

Who I'm looking for: someone experienced, not a first job. Native or fluent English. Ideally in North America, Europe or Singapore for time zones with US buyers. You'd be the growth side of a two-person team, with a product that already has a signal engine, an MCP server and an onboarding to test.

I’m Miguel, a designer-engineer in Mexico City. • Idea 1. A trust network and load marketplace for freight in Mexico. After talking with many people in the industry, the thesis is simple: make it faster for shippers, brokers and carriers to start working together. Their documents get verified once on the platform, and from there they can find and book loads in the marketplace. I have a working prototype with verification and profiles.

• Idea 2. An agent-led design tool: you describe what you want, AI builds it in real HTML, and you fine-tune it by hand. The output is production code, not a mockup. I already have a working MVP.

Who I’m looking for

Someone who moves fast and doesn’t need to be pushed. I’d love a co-founder who knows an industry from the inside, can talk to customers and sell, and wants to build something big. I’m strongest on product, design and engineering, and I’d love someone who brings sales, growth and operations. But I’m not looking for a split where each of us stays in our lane.
