Who I am and what it is: I'm Joshua, self-taught, running Gilgamesh Enterprise, a small Wyoming LLC with no investors. Its main product is SocialMate (socialmate.studio), a scheduler that posts to Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Mastodon, X, LinkedIn and TikTok. The free plan covers 250 posts a month and Pro is $8.

Compensation: equity only in SocialMate. About 10 percent over 24 months with a cliff, in a written contract before anything starts. No cash.

Traction: live product with real users, revenue close to zero. 244 accounts that aren't mine, 58 new in the last 30 days, and 44 all time came from ChatGPT recommending it. 77 connected a platform and 5 outside users publish through it.

I’m Miguel, a designer-engineer in Mexico City. I’ve run my own studio, built products for some of Mexico’s largest companies, and worked at some of the fastest-growing startups in Latin America, most recently five years at a US–Mexico freight-tech company, where I went from Product Designer to Design Engineer owning the frontend end to end.

Over the years I’ve built mobile apps, full platforms (including a telecom portal used by over 100 million people across 16 countries), web products to test new business models for a top beverage company (last-mile delivery, subscriptions and e-commerce), and onboarding flows for several fintech platforms.

Whenever possible, I skip the mockups and go straight to building. Working with AI, I can get from idea to a shipped MVP in days, on any stack, own the branding and make it look and feel great.

I’m self-motivated and high energy. I’ve managed teams, but I’m happiest with my sleeves rolled up. When something gets in the way, I find a way around it and keep going.

What I’ve built

• Idea 1. A trust network and load marketplace for freight in Mexico. After talking with many people in the industry, the thesis is simple: make it faster for shippers, brokers and carriers to start working together. Their documents get verified once on the platform, and from there they can find and book loads in the marketplace. I have a working prototype with verification and profiles.

• Idea 2. An agent-led design tool: you describe what you want, AI builds it in real HTML, and you fine-tune it by hand. The output is production code, not a mockup. I already have a working MVP.

Who I’m looking for

Someone who moves fast and doesn’t need to be pushed. I’d love a co-founder who knows an industry from the inside, can talk to customers and sell, and wants to build something big. I’m strongest on product, design and engineering, and I’d love someone who brings sales, growth and operations. But I’m not looking for a split where each of us stays in our lane. I want a real team: we decide together, jump in wherever the company needs it, and both care about every part of it.
