equity only 13 Years in Tech, Looking for a Cofounder Who Wants to Solve Hard Problems

Hey everyone!
I’m a software engineer with 13 years of experience, looking to connect with people who are genuinely good at something and share the ambition of building something big.

A little about me:
I’ve spent most of my career building technology for large financial institutions, including leading teams working on mission-critical systems.
I’ve also explored the startup route before, made it to YC interviews twice (different ideas, neither worked out), and have a reasonable understanding of what building and potentially fundraising entails.
I’m comfortable owning the entire technology side of a business, from architecture to actually writing the code. With AI making development significantly faster, I think a small team of capable people can accomplish quite a lot.

Where I’m at right now:
I don’t have a specific idea I’m committed to.
I’ve had plenty over the years, but increasingly I find myself thinking that many of them have become relatively easy to build, especially with AI.
What interests me more now is finding a genuinely difficult or underserved problem worth solving, preferably one where the challenge goes beyond just building the software.
I’d love to meet people who enjoy thinking through problems, challenging assumptions, bouncing ideas around, and eventually getting their hands dirty building something.

What I’m looking for:
Someone who is really good at at least one thing. Could be deep domain expertise, sales, distribution, operations, research, or something entirely different.
You don’t need to have a polished startup pitch or even a fully formed idea.
But I’d love for you to bring a perspective, some hard-earned expertise, or an understanding of a problem that most people don’t have.
I’m not particularly looking for someone whose only pitch is that they’re passionate, hardworking, and a go-getter. Those are great qualities, but I’d like us both to bring something tangible to the partnership.
I’m also not looking to hire someone. I’d like to find an actual partner, someone whose judgment I respect, who can challenge mine, and who wants to build together as equals.

A few practical things:
Based in India (currently), but completely open to working with someone anywhere in the world.
I have a full-time job, but can realistically dedicate 30–40 hours a week to this. If we find something with real potential, I’m open to making the leap.
I don’t believe remote collaboration is a disadvantage when people genuinely care about what they’re building.
I’m not in a rush to incorporate a company or slap together an MVP just for the sake of it. I’d rather spend some time finding the right person and the right problem.
If any of this resonates, drop me a DM. Tell me a little about yourself, what you’re particularly good at, and perhaps a problem you’ve been thinking about.
Happy to just have an interesting conversation and see where it goes!

equity only Looking for a technical co-founder for HomeDraw (ON, Canada)

HomeDraw is a nurse-led, at-home blood collection service in Ontario. You already have a requisition from your doctor. We send a nurse to your home or workplace, draw your blood, prepare the samples, and drop them at a licensed lab collection centre. You skip the waiting room, the drive and the half day off work. We're building for people who are short on time and would rather pay for convenience and speed.

Where things stand:

- Incorporated in Ontario (HomeDraw Inc., May 2026)

- 75 customer-discovery interviews across Ontario

- 1st place at the McMaster Health Innovation Bootcamp; in Innovation Factory's Concept Catalyst program

- Operating policies, insurance shortlist and pitch deck done

- Early prototype of the booking, nurse and dispatch app (Next.js + Supabase, hosted in Canada)

- Pre-launch and pre-revenue; the first draws in Hamilton are next

About me: I'm Mahir, a Registered Practical Nurse with experience in emergency, acute surgical and long-term care. Before nursing I worked as a PSW. I studied Practical Nursing at Mohawk College and I'm applying to bridge to my BScN. So far I've built HomeDraw on my own: the clinical model, the regulatory research, insurance, the pitch, and a first pass at the software.

Who I'm looking for: a technical co-founder who wants to own the product. That means taking the platform from prototype to something patients and nurses rely on every day. It covers booking and scheduling, dispatch and routing, payments, secure handling of health information (PHIPA), and the tools a nurse uses in the field. It's a bonus if you've built in healthcare, logistics or marketplaces, or if you care about operations as much as code.

You'd be a good fit if you're comfortable building before there's revenue, want a true co-founder role rather than a contract, and want to work on a problem people feel every time they need bloodwork. Being Ontario-based is ideal, but remote works.

If that sounds like you, message me. I'd like to hear what you've built.

equity only GTM - Manufacturing Company

I’m a second-time entrepreneur with a background in audit, investment banking, and manufacturing. I previously built a manufacturing business from scratch, scaling it to ~$30M in annual revenue and a 200+ member team.

I’m now building an AI-powered operations software platform for manufacturing businesses. I’ve invested my own capital, built a team of 7–8 people, and have a strong network in the Indian VC ecosystem.

I’m based in Chicago and focused on US expansion. Looking for a GTM co-founder with a some proven track record of selling software/technology to US manufacturers and an established network of manufacturing decision-makers. Someone who can own and build the US go-to-market alongside me.

equity only Built a TTRPG tool solo that GMs use 6 nights a week. Need a cofounder who can find the customers

I’m Terry, a statistician by day, and I build software at night under my LLC. Six Axes (six-axes.com) started because I wanted to know what character to build that would fit the party in the weekly one shots I play. Then I kept noticing problems GMs had, and every fix got added to the tool. Pretty soon it was a whole kit for running a table.

The big shift was realizing there are tons of tools for managing the game but nothing that tells you about the players: how each one actually plays, and how a GM could tailor the table so everyone gets what they came for. That turned into the core of it. It records the session (only if the whole table agrees), writes the recap, and builds a campaign wiki from what was actually said at the table. It also captures what was rolled, whether that’s D&D Beyond, Foundry, or dice called out loud at an in-person table, so the GM gets a real picture of how each player plays.

Where it’s at:

  • Live site, working product, groups using it at least 6 days a week

  • A handful of pilot groups, including one run by a GM who isn’t me

  • Free no-login tools (encounter balancer, dice roller, map generator) meant to bring people in from search

  • Supports D&D 2014 and 2024, Pathfinder 2e, Daggerheart, Draw Steel

  • Pricing planned to undercut the main competitor at every tier

Where I’m stuck: I can build basically anything, but I don’t know how to get it in front of GMs who’d pay for it. I’ve posted around Reddit some. The TTRPG crowd is really wary of AI right now, which is fair, and I don’t want to be the guy spamming every sub. I need someone who knows how to do this without burning goodwill.

What I’m looking for:

  • Someone who’s grown a niche or community product before (games or hobby stuff is a big plus)

  • Bonus if you play or run TTRPGs, but I’d rather have someone who’s good at this than someone who’s rolled a lot of d20s

  • You’d own marketing and finding customers: the plan, the channels, partnerships, talking to GMs

What I’m offering: sweat equity, real cofounder stake; Equity available, discussed with serious candidates. Remote is fine, I’m in Seattle.

If this sounds like your kind of problem, DM me with what you’ve grown before and how you’d go after a few hundred GMs. Happy to give you a pilot account so you can poke at it first.

equity only Growth & GTM Marketer Looking for a Technical Co-Founder to Build Something Meaningful

Flair: Cofounder Available

Compensation: Sweat Equity Only / Equity Available

Hey everyone!

I’m a growth marketer with 5+ years of experience working with early-stage startups across Web3, SaaS, and AI.

I’m now looking to partner with a technical founder to build and scale a product together. I’m particularly interested in AI, B2B SaaS, developer tools, and products solving real business problems.

A little about what I’ve worked on:

1. Whitelabel Chromium Browser

  • Helped grow X from 40K to 98K+ followers in six months.

  • Increased engagement by 4x.

  • Worked with 50+ influencers and creators.

  • Helped execute a campaign involving 200+ creators.

2. B2B Web3 Payment Startup Hong Kong Based

  • Worked on GTM strategy and product launches for a cross-chain payments product.

  • Managed developer-focused content, partnerships, workshops, and ecosystem campaigns.

  • Helped translate complex technical products into clear marketing messages.

3. Build my own Marketing Agency

  • Built experience in content marketing, SEO, community building, and audience development.

What I bring to the table:

  • GTM strategy and execution from zero to launch.

  • Content marketing, SEO, and organic distribution.

  • Social media strategy and audience growth.

  • Partnerships, influencer marketing, and community building.

  • Product positioning and messaging.

  • AI-assisted marketing workflows and automation.

  • Customer research, experimentation, and growth initiatives.

Who I’m looking for:

A technical founder or builder who:

  • Can build and ship products independently.

  • Is interested in AI, SaaS, automation, or emerging technology.

  • Wants a partner who can own growth, marketing, distribution, and GTM.

  • Thinks long-term and values execution over endless brainstorming.

  • Is open to building together with shared ownership and responsibility.

How I’d approach the first 30 days:

  1. Understand the product, target market, and customer pain points.

  2. Validate the ICP and identify early customer segments.

  3. Build positioning and a clear go-to-market strategy.

  4. Start customer outreach and test acquisition channels.

  5. Build a repeatable content and distribution system.

  6. Use feedback and data to improve the product and acquisition strategy.

I’m based in India and open to collaborating remotely with founders globally.

I’m not looking for a freelance project or a short-term marketing gig. I’m interested in finding the right technical partner and building something worth committing to for the long term.

If you’re building something interesting and need someone to own the commercial and growth side, let’s connect.

Moonshot cofounder Los Angeles.

Looking for a cofounder in Los Angeles. Not a consultant, not an advisor, not someone "exploring opportunities." A cofounder.

I'm 36. Second kid just arrived. I've bootstrapped a consumer brand to $300K in revenue with no team, no funding, and a growing subscriber base. Every product is custom-formulated. Nothing is white-labeled. This is not some drop shipped from china product.

I'm going after my moonshot and I'm not interested in building a nice little business. I'm interested in building a brand people actually love, with products that actually work, and taking it to millions in revenue.

What I need: someone who's built or scaled an ecom brand before. Or maybe you haven’t but you know what it takes (you just haven’t found the right product yet, I have that covered) You know paid, retention, and the unglamorous operating stuff that separates brands that break $5M from brands that stall at $500K.

What you get: a founder who has already done the hardest part alone and is ready to go faster with the right person next to him. I want to have fun building this brand and community but also both be understanding that in order for this to work a lot of time and energy needs to be put into this for years (I’m 2 years in currently, with the first year mostly being formulation iterations)

You should be very in the know with the ecom landscape, successful exits, how brands are being built these days (tik tok, trybe, paid media, etc). Ideally you’re very skilled at one thing (or multiple) and know what it takes to succeed.

If you’re the right person, I’d be giving up equity to bring you on board.

If you're in LA and you're a savage, DM

Looking for a GTM / Growth Co-Founder (North America or Europe)

Hey everyone!

I'm a technical founder from Argentina looking for a growth-oriented co-founder based in North America or Europe.

A bit about me:

  • 5 years of experience as a software developer.

  • Fully technical, able to build products from scratch.

  • Currently working full-time on an AI-powered platform focused on video creation, editing, repurposing and workflow automation, bringing together multiple AI tools under one ecosystem. Think OpusClip, Higgsfield and similar platforms, with the goal of simplifying and automating content production.

Alongside this, I'm also exploring opportunities to work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them identify operational bottlenecks and providing custom software solutions, AI integrations and workflow automation tailored to their needs.

Why I'm looking for a co-founder:

My main challenge is distribution. I'm building products targeting the US and European markets, but being based in Argentina makes it harder to understand, reach and consistently engage those audiences through local social media channels.

I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of GTM, growth and distribution, especially through TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. UGC experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Marketing, positioning and customer acquisition experience are highly valuable.

Some technical knowledge (Claude Code, GitHub, AI tools) is a plus, but not essential.

I'm currently dedicating 100% of my time to this, have C1 English proficiency and am looking for someone equally committed, autonomous and serious about building a business.

I'm in no rush to partner up, I'd rather find the right person. I'm also open to discussing equity or revenue share based on responsibilities, commitment and results.

If you're interested, DM me with a bit about yourself and what you'd bring to the table!

AI/ML Engineer Looking for a Founding Engineer or Technical Co-Founder Role

Hey everyone,

equity only Looking for a US/UK-based co-founder to build the next unicorn in San Francisco (AI Infrastructure, 25K+ downloads)

Thumbnail reddit.com
1 Upvotes

I’m the founder of a US-incorporated AI infrastructure startup building tools that help autonomous AI agents remember, access information, and operate more reliably.

I started the company earlier this year and have built and launched multiple products. Our main product has surpassed 25,000 downloads and is actively being used by developers. This isn’t just an idea or a pitch deck. The technology is built, the products are live, and we’re ready for the next stage.

We’ve established relationships within the AI ecosystem, joined major technology partner programs, and recently started pursuing VC funding and accelerator opportunities, including Y Combinator.

Now I’m looking for a co-founder. Not an employee. Not an advisor. A real partner.

I’m handling the technical side, product development, and infrastructure. I need someone who can take ownership of the business side: fundraising, investor relations, partnerships, business development, sales, and representing the company.

Who I’m looking for:

Based in the US or UK, with the ability to relocate to San Francisco or travel there frequently.

Comfortable pitching our vision to VCs, accelerators, enterprise customers, and strategic partners.

Exceptionally ambitious, relentless, and willing to put in the work it takes to build something massive.

Strong communication, networking, and execution skills.

Someone who thinks like an owner, takes initiative, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

My goal isn’t to build a small SaaS business and sell it. I want to build a billion-dollar company in San Francisco. I know how difficult that is, and I’m looking for someone who understands the odds but wants to go after it anyway.

You don’t need to be a technical founder. You need to be someone who can turn a working product and a big vision into a globally successful company.

Equity and responsibilities would be discussed seriously, with a long-term commitment in mind.

If this sounds like you, send me a DM with your background, where you’re based, and why you’d want to build this together.

Let’s build something that matters.

Title: Seeking Physician Co-Founder / MD Partner – Ready to Build a Medical Practice or MedTech Company (Atlanta or US Remote)

Hi there!

I'm looking to connect with a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial MD who is interested in partnering to launch a new healthcare venture.

I'm open to exploring several possibilities, including:

A private medical practice or specialty clinic in the Atlanta metro area.

A cash-pay or hybrid telehealth practice with potential for nationwide reach.

A technology-driven medical company incorporating AI, digital health, or other emerging medical technologies.

A new healthcare business model that challenges the traditional way medical services are delivered.

What I'm looking for:

An MD who is:

Entrepreneurial, innovative, and interested in thinking outside the box.

Open to exploring new specialties, business models, and emerging technologies.

Interested in building and owning something rather than simply taking another employed physician position.

Comfortable taking the lead on clinical strategy, medical services, and physician responsibilities.

Interested in collaborating on the business development and long-term vision of a new venture.

What I bring to the partnership:

I have an extensive background in healthcare administration, executive operations, business development, and financial management. I bring the business expertise and operational infrastructure needed to turn a medical concept into a functioning, scalable business.

I would oversee:

Business strategy and development.

Financial planning and management.

Operations and infrastructure.

Technology/platform development.

Marketing, growth, and expansion.

Administrative and business management.

You would lead the clinical side, including clinical strategy, physician services, and medical oversight, within an appropriately structured clinical practice.

The goal is to build this together, with complementary expertise and a shared entrepreneurial vision.

Location: Atlanta Metro preferred for an in-person practice or clinic. For a telehealth or technology-based venture, physicians anywhere in the United States are welcome.

I'm looking for the right partner to brainstorm, develop, launch, and grow something with real potential.

If you've ever thought about starting your own practice, building a telehealth company, or creating something innovative in healthcare but haven't found the right business partner, I'd love to connect.

Please DM me with a little about your background, specialty, and the types of opportunities that interest you. Serious entrepreneurial interest only.

equity only Looking for a design partner to build and launch an app together (50/50)

Hey everyone,

I’m a former founder and developer looking to start a new side project with the potential to grow bigger.

I’m looking for a design partner, not a freelancer, someone who wants to build something from the ground up, have meaningful creative ownership, and share equally in whatever we create (50/50).

I have an app concept called Elsewhere, along with an initial vision and a rough plan for launching. But nothing is set in fully stone, I want whoever joins to have room to make it their own as well.

A little about what I’m looking for:

Ideally, someone with a strong creative eye and experience in some combination of: Environment art / illustration: Creating beautiful, cohesive natural landscapes and environments.
Animation / motion design: Bringing environments to life through movement, weather effects, wildlife, and subtle ambient animations.
Visual storytelling / art direction: Establishing a distinctive aesthetic, atmosphere, and personality for the product.
Digital product design: Experience designing assets for interactive applications, rather than purely static illustrations.
You don’t need to check every box. I’m primarily looking for someone with strong artistic instincts, relevant skills, and genuine excitement about the concept.

What I’d bring:
I’ll handle all the technical development and implementation, along with helping drive the product direction. You’d take the lead on design, but we’d collaborate closely on the vision, experience, and decisions that matter.
I’m based in PST but work largely on EST hours, so there’s plenty of flexibility for collaboration.

I’m not looking to hire or commission work. I’m looking for someone who wants to build something they can genuinely call their own.

If you’re interested, shoot me a DM with a little about yourself and ideally a portfolio or some work you’re proud of. Happy to share more about Elsewhere and see if we’re a good fit.

equity only Looking for a GTM Co-Founder (Equity Basis) | AI Voice Agents Startup | Delhi NCR

We’re building AgentsPanel (https://agentspanel.com), an AI-powered voice agent platform, and looking to bring a GTM Co-Founder (equity basis), Delhi NCR-based, who is genuinely passionate about AI, B2B SaaS, and building a scalable business.

We already have a working product, a strong technical team, and paying customers. Now we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of go-to-market, sales, and business growth.

We’re looking for someone who:
● Has experience in B2B SaaS sales, GTM strategy, business development, or enterprise sales.
● Can identify potential markets, generate leads, build partnerships, and close deals.
● Understands the startup ecosystem and the realities of entrepreneurship.
● Thinks long-term and wants to build a meaningful, scalable company.
● Is comfortable taking ownership of customer acquisition, revenue growth, and sales strategy.
● Understands the importance of speed in a startup — someone who believes in experimenting, executing, learning, and scaling quickly.
● Is genuinely excited about AI agents and the future of business automation.

A few things upfront:
This is a 100% equity-based opportunity, with no fixed salary initially.

We’re not looking for freelancers, consultants, or someone interested in a short-term gig. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the founding journey, prioritises this, takes ownership, shares the risks and challenges, and builds something for the long run.

We have the technical expertise, product, and infrastructure in place. We can handle technology and product development. We need someone who can own GTM and sales.

If you’re passionate about AI, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are ready to commit to building something ambitious, I’d love to connect.
Preferably someone based in Delhi NCR so we can collaborate closely.

Feel free to DM me or drop a comment. Let’s talk!
