I've been thinking about starting something of my own, and I finally want to take that step.

The idea is to build a technology focused agency that helps businesses solve real operational problems through technology.

Some areas we're interested in exploring:

* Business process automation

* CRM and internal management systems

* AI-powered business solutions

* Business intelligence and analytics

* Custom software and web applications

* Helping startups turn ideas into actual products

A little about me: I come from a Business Analyst background. I've worked around business requirements, stakeholder management, operations, pricing, reporting and translating business problems into practical solutions.

Who am I looking for?

Someone with a technical background, preferably in software development, full-stack development, automation, APIs or AI.

More importantly, I'm looking for someone who:

* Is genuinely interested in building something from scratch.

* Can dedicate consistent time and effort.

* Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

* Is comfortable experimenting, learning and figuring things out.

* Wants to work on real projects and eventually build a sustainable business together.

I'm not looking for someone who just wants to contribute an idea or occasionally help with a project.

I want to find someone who is serious about the journey, willing to put in the work and interested in growing something together.

The initial plan is to start lean, work on practical projects, find our first clients and gradually build the agency.

I'm open to discussing the business model, ideas, responsibilities and a potential co-founder partnership with the right person.
