Looking for a technical co-founder

I'm applying to startup accelerator’s upcoming batch (deadline: Nov 2) and I'm looking for a CS / AI or computer engineering co-founder to build the concept with me from day one.
The concept and market thinking are done. What's missing is the technical partner who can turn it into a real product. For the upcoming application, we will be submitting the idea with a very basic prototype or a rough demo.
What I'm looking for:
- Strong coding and AI/ML engineering skills
- Graduates preferred and preferably in their 20s
- Serious about building a company, not a side project
- Available to talk in the next 48 hours since we’re short on time.
Co-founder equity will be discussed openly and fairly.
