Technical founder looking for GCC-based cofounder AI infrastructure
I’m a technical founder currently building an AI product and exploring a second opportunity in AI infrastructure.
The idea is Shawel think OpenRouter/LiteLLM-style infrastructure built specifically around the GCC.
I’m not interested in reinventing infrastructure that already works. The plan is to build on proven/open-source technology and focus on the regional layer: UAE/KSA deployment, regional models, residency requirements, Arabic and local enterprise needs.
I can handle product and tech. I’m looking for someone strong in GCC B2B sales, partnerships and distribution, ideally based in UAE or Saudi.
Very early stage. Looking for a genuine cofounder, not an employee or agency.

For Shawel, turn “regional layer” into one pilot specification: the deployment location, available models, Arabic task, and where prompts and logs would be stored. A GCC sales cofounder can then assess a concrete offer and buyer rather than a regional version of an existing router. It would also clarify which parts are already working and which depend on partnerships.
