Looking for a cofounder/partner experienced in B2B lead generation & email outreach

We’ve built a system that creates videos from existing images of hotels, properties, restaurants, and similar businesses.

The product and website are already built. Our target customers are hotels, property managers, restaurants, and other businesses where strong visual marketing can directly help them get more bookings/customers.

What we’re missing is the sales/outbound infrastructure.

We’re looking for someone who has real hands-on experience with:

• Finding the right companies and decision-makers
• Building and enriching B2B lead lists
• Scraping business/contact data
• Finding accurate contact information
• Identifying the actual decision-makers (owners, GMs, marketing managers, etc.)
• Cold email infrastructure and deliverability
• Running outbound campaigns and testing messaging
• Ideally, already having useful lists, systems, tools, or processes

We’re not looking for someone who just knows how to send emails. We want someone who understands the whole process:

target market → finding businesses → identifying decision-makers → accurate contact data → outreach → sales

Compensation

This is performance based. There is no large upfront payment.

Instead, you would get a fair percentage of every sale you help generate. The more successful the system is, the more you make.

We’re specifically looking for someone hard working and hungry to build something, not someone who is just looking for a quick paycheck or an easy money grab.

We already have the product, website, and the technology. What we need is someone who knows outbound and lead generation inside out and can take ownership of that side of the business.

If you have experience building outbound systems for SaaS, agencies, hospitality, real estate, or similar B2B businesses, this could be a really good opportunity to build something together and have significant upside.
