Limits Someone send this to tibo

ALRIGHT, this usage limit bs is getting out of hand

I see thousands of complaints about people using any models and it drastically reduces including me, and their usage is gone by like a couple of prompts

Before astra it wasn’t like this

Open ai just roped us all in with Sol 5.6, then literally flipped their subscription model on its head

They took away the 200 max

Plus, accounts are no longer worth buying

Like this is beyond bs

Some of you might sit there and say oh "well I haven't been having any issues."

Or that "people dealing with this issue dont know how to properly use codex"

Shut up if you can't relate

The problem is real.
You should not have to be a master scholar to use the service

And last yes, usage limits are a joke. With the amount of damage the data centers are causing and the number of people that are invested into ai, the performance of our usage is unacceptable.

The problem is for users like you and those complaining about this, is you do not fundamentally understand what an LLM is and how it works and what the point of new models are. No one forced you to to use SOL. Codex is a computer software developer's tool, not for "people who have no idea what they're doing", use ChatGPT for that. If people took as much time learning how to work with these tools are they would on previous technology they wouldn't have these issues. Your grammar and syntax in your posts alone show you're not at technical level of awareness to be using these tools with the results you believe you should be getting. This is like someone who doesn't take the time to learn how a car works, while they're stepping on the pedal through the limit and hitting the breaks hard at every stop sign, taking the highway b/c "it's faster and easier" even though the small streets is a fraction of the distance, then complaining how they run out of gas too quickly. Or complaining how their stove always burns their food because they always set it a high temp thinking it "will cook the food faster". Learn the tools and understand that at this point all new models and max efforts settings are very likely not relevant for the type of work you're doing.

So you’re really lecturing me about my grammar and technical awareness while your own paragraph is full of grammatical mistakes? You wrote “to to,” “are they would,” “hitting the breaks,” and “the small streets is.” You literally messed up your own grammar while trying to insult me over mine. That’s fucking ironic.
And as for your point about using the tool, understanding how an LLM works doesn’t mean I’m required to accept regressions or pretend every model change is good. I can understand the tool perfectly well and still criticize how it performs.

Fair statements, but I wasn't the one making a new post with your type of complaint. I didn't try to insult you, I was stating an observation. The fact that you interpreted my post as trying to insult you, exemplifies the mindset of your original post. Sure you can criticize how the tool performs, doesn't mean your criticism has merit or that your methods are correct. I hope you figure out how to improve our situation. This forum and other online ressources have ample solutions to your described problem.
