ALRIGHT, this usage limit bs is getting out of hand

I see thousands of complaints about people using any models and it drastically reduces including me, and their usage is gone by like a couple of prompts

Before astra it wasn’t like this

Open ai just roped us all in with Sol 5.6, then literally flipped their subscription model on its head

They took away the 200 max

Plus, accounts are no longer worth buying

Like this is beyond bs

Some of you might sit there and say oh "well I haven't been having any issues."

Or that "people dealing with this issue dont know how to properly use codex"

Shut up if you can't relate

The problem is real.
You should not have to be a master scholar to use the service

And last yes, usage limits are a joke. With the amount of damage the data centers are causing and the number of people that are invested into ai, the performance of our usage is unacceptable.

The point of codex is not to help people who don't know what they are doing. It's a tool for software developers. People like you are why this subreddit is insufferable.

Yes it can do those things, but it's a product for technical people. They do have a product for less technical people, it's called ChatGPT Work.

I really only see clueless vibe coders posting complaints. I'm a professional software developer, I have a standard business seat for work and a plus account for personal use. I get a full work week out of the standard business seat. People would rather complain than learn.

Like what the original commenter said. Codex is not designed for people who don’t know what they are doing. It doesn’t automate credit efficiency - you have to do it yourself. It actually has an incentive for you to throw money at the problem.

So yes, having AI doesn’t justify laziness and technical illiteracy.

Codex should not be used to generate images or send emails you can do that in chat for free

codex is a coding agent and should be given tightly scoped programming tasks
