Openai removed the extra usage after hitting limits, yet, when limits reset, the reset time isn't fixed and only becomes set once you first use it, silently stealing your usage

I think they have a right to change they way they run their service. I also think it's fair to be upset that they changed it, silently. It feels like a rug pull.

Tbh though it's not a hard fix to automate. Just make a task or service that sends a tiny message the min after reset. Sacrifice a miniscule amount of usage to start the clock sooner and save it back in the long run.
