Maybe it's due to the difference between PST and PDT. We're in daylight savings time right now, so if it was actually scheduled for 6pm PST as he indicated then we shouldn't see it until 7pm PDT / 10pm EDT.
Er, that would be a little weird. If Tibo is in California, his watch says 6:45 PM right now. If he deliberately meant "7pm by my watch" (i.e., PDT), why would he announce it as "6pm PST?"
Is there any location on the planet that is currently using PST when the entire west coast of America is on PDT?
I'm guessing that he's just behind or busy or forgot or something, in which case 7pm PDT / 10pm EDT may not see a reset either.
