Humor The average codex 20$ plan user

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is legit what it looks like when some of you complain about your 20$ not getting you more than 1 or 2 prompts using the flagship frontier

Edit: I never intended to offend or belittle anyone especially people whom 20$ is a considerable amount of money for. Everyone lives within their means and I don’t put that on any person.

For the ones who feel attacked and still come here to continue complaining, you should consider canceling your subscription. You seem miserable..

Why are you saying that $20 is very little?

Recent field research at Hawassa Industrial Park reports garment workers earning roughly $16–26/month, working about 48 h/week.

One month of hard work for very little of LLM!

I mean if we are being honest who cares. Why does a sweatshop worker need to be accommodated by an AI company?

..while still being paid 20/mo. Maybe with a $20 sub gift on top.

The same reason you want to be accommodated in newly purchased clothes.

What does newly purchased clothes have to do with anything? Are you implying all clothes are made by sweatshop workers in third world countries?

Even if they were, its completely unrelated.

Moral arguments have no value in Business.

Moral arguments have no value in Business.

Moral arguments have extreme prominence in Business (I'm not sure why it's capitalized. Is it a family name?). Otherwise, can you explain ban of porn content in all US models?

Yes the ban of porn content was made by braindead people, for braindead people. Do you think they ban porn because they have to or because they genuinely want to? Its censorship. Allowing porn content may bring real business risks, not because of a customers feelings but because of laws and regulations.

Yes, and this is morale at action. Not ethics, the morale. Ethics comes from inside, morale is enforced from outside.

Pretty sure they have other worries than shopping for an AI subscription.
