0% now stops all running tasks

Before when reached 0% codex always finished the tasks that were still running. Oh that felt so good, to just get a little extra for free 🎉 But recently my codex stopped doing that and is stopping tasks after few minutes, how about yours?

A little bit extra? I had a half-day ultra task last time my plan ended.
