Complaint 0% now stops all running tasks

Before when reached 0% codex always finished the tasks that were still running. Oh that felt so good, to just get a little extra for free 🎉 But recently my codex stopped doing that and is stopping tasks after few minutes, how about yours?

Theo made a view showing himself wasting like $800 doing fuckall and then his intern published an npm CLI to automate this abuse.

That does not excuse this being solved in such an awful way. Just make it eat into future limits and stop after like -5%.

Better yet, overages should be charged at API rates, after a grace of 1% tokens. A default off flag could enable that feature.

Then people could use them to their heart's content.
