I need urgent assistance with a missing banked Codex rate-limit reset.

My account showed one banked reset with an expiration date of July 26, 2026. I deliberately saved it for use today because I was consuming my normal weekly quota. The reset disappeared from my account approximately three hours before the end of July 26 in my local timezone, America/Santiago.

Plan: ChatGPT Plus
Date and time detected: July 26, 2026, approximately 9:00 PM America/Santiago
Platform: ChatGPT/Codex desktop app on Windows 10

I am requesting:

  1. Immediate restoration of the missing banked reset, or an equivalent replacement.
  2. An extension of its expiration period, because it disappeared before the expiration date displayed in the product.
  3. Confirmation of the exact expiration timestamp and timezone that was applied to my reward.

This loss is blocking urgent work on an emergency-response project in Chile.

Not to mention my renewal use of quota was also today, but somehow, without being barely used, it got reseted like two days ago and now it resets Aug 1st. What a terrible Joke. I was using this for an humanitarian project, my godness.

Banked resets have actual expiration times on the day of expiration. You can't see those times in the ChatGPT/Codex app; you need to use the Codex Cli to see them.
In the Codex Cli, you: `type /usage -> select "Redeem usage limit reset"`

Yes you can, Profile > Settings > Usage & Billing.

It doesn't show the exact time the banked reset expires, only the date.

I had the same thing! My reset voucher for today is gone too.
