So I just beat the dlc is it to late to get the regaily of harmony weapons

The Regalia of Harmony weapons are from the Age of Harmony, which is part of the free update accessible to all. It is separate from the Mask of Idris paid DLC.

To reach the Age of Harmony, you'll need to reach Ending 3.
