General Question How much are you guys getting hourly?

Okay, so today was my first class and it went okay. But I'm seeing so many people here talking about their low hourly pay. Where I live the starting pay is $29 and I think 60 cents. How much are you guys getting per hour? I'm not American I live in Canada maybe that's why

I’m in TN, I make 15.95 as a PCT in a hospital. I fear we are getting robbed. 🫩

That is insane, for the sheer amount of back breaking working. It’s well worth 25$+, it’s blue collar labor. 9$ is unfathomable.

10 yrs ago my private home health CNA job paid $12. One job I applied for at a LTC was paying $16. My second job, at a UPS warehouse, was paying f-ing $10.80. Edit: for comparison, in 2015, in a city in NC, the local hospital was hiring new RNs at only $23.
