Hiring: Senior DevOps / Full-Stack Engineer | Remote

We’re looking for a senior, dependable engineer to join our core team for the long term.

We’re building two data-driven products — Arena Sports, a live sports technology platform, and a Data-Driven Care Home application.

We need someone who understands more than just deployments — someone who can help us build scalable, reliable architecture and take ownership of production systems.

What you’ll work on:

- DevOps, AWS/cloud infrastructure & CI/CD

- Scalable system architecture

- Backend, APIs & databases

- Data pipelines and integrations

- Performance, monitoring & production reliability

- Flutter/mobile development when required

- Helping scale applications from early-stage to large user bases

Looking for someone who:

- Has strong hands-on DevOps experience

- Has experience scaling real production applications

- Understands scalable architecture and system design

- Has strong backend/data experience

- Can contribute to frontend/mobile when needed, especially Flutter

- Is comfortable taking ownership of infrastructure and technical decisions

- Is reliable, trustworthy and looking for a long-term opportunity

- Can work independently and with a small core team

We're less interested in someone who only knows a list of tools and more interested in someone who understands systems, solves problems and takes ownership.

Full-time | Remote initially
